This policy covers the RSU Calculator Israelwebsite ("the Service"), operated by RSU Calculator Israel("we", "us").

What we collect

Account profile from Google Sign-In (when you choose to sign in): your email address, display name, and profile picture URL.
Session cookies for sign-in (NextAuth). A single cookie that identifies your active session - no third-party trackers.
Contact-form submissions. When you write to us via the contact form, your name, email, and message are emailed to our inbox and stored only in that mailbox.
Privacy-friendly usage analytics. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views and see which pages are popular. The data is anonymous and aggregated - it uses no cookies, does not identify you, and is never shared for advertising.

Calculator inputs and results are not stored on our servers. Everything you type into the RSU / ESPP calculator - grant dates, share counts, salary, plan numbers - is sent to the calculation backend, processed in memory, and discarded as soon as the response is returned. None of it is persisted in our database. (Local browser storage may keep your last inputs so the form survives a page reload, but that data never leaves your device.)
Exception - dynamic portfolio management. When you choose to use the dynamic portfolio, the data you save is stored on our servers - but visible to you and you alone, and never shared with anyone else.
Marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Our usage analytics are cookieless and never track you across other sites.
IP addresses or device fingerprints beyond what our hosting providers (Vercel, Google Cloud) log for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.

Google - Sign-In identity provider. When you sign in, Google sends us your profile fields above.
Neon (US) - Postgres database where account profiles and sessions are stored.
Vercel (US) - hosting and serverless functions for the web app, plus cookieless usage analytics.
Google Cloud Platform - runs the calculation backend.
MailerSend - sends transactional email (today, just the contact-form forward).
Finnhub - stock-symbol autocomplete on the calculator. We send the partial ticker you type; Finnhub returns matching symbols.

We retain your account profile until you delete it.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. This removes your profile, sessions, and OAuth links immediately and permanently.
Contact-form emails live in our inbox; email us to request deletion of a specific message.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
