The Service

RSU Calculator Israel is an online calculator that estimates net gain and Israeli tax on RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) shares - granted under Section 102 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance - and on ESPP (Employee Stock Purchase Plan) plans, whether held under Section 102 through a trustee or without one. It is operated by RSU Calculator Israel("we", "us").

Not tax or legal advice

Calculations are estimates based on the inputs you provide and on our reading of the tax rules. They are for informational purposes only and are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Tax rates, brackets, surtax thresholds, and the rules of Section 102 change over time and depend on personal circumstances. For decisions with real money at stake, consult a qualified tax advisor.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Stock prices and exchange rates shown on the Service come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

Your account and your data

• You may use the calculator without an account. Sign-in is required only for features that depend on saving plans (paid tiers, when those go live).
• You are responsible for the Google account you sign in with and for the inputs you enter. We do not store calculator inputs or results - see the Privacy Policy.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to overload, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service. Per-account rate limits may apply.
• Reverse-engineer or republish the calculation backend or the stock-price feed.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

Site use

All plans (Lite, Pro, Pro+) are paid and provide the features as shown on the Pricing page. Billing terms - pricing, billing cycle, cancellation, and refunds - are presented at checkout and become part of these Terms with respect to those purchases.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or remove access at any time, particularly in response to abuse, and we may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSU Calculator Israel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service - including, without limitation, tax under- or over-payment, missed deadlines, or financial decisions made in reliance on calculator output.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
